As part of the Walmart Creative team, our Brand Creative Excellence Team was proud to play an integral role in strengthening, growing, and shaping the vision of the Walmart brand. Beyond supporting external partnerships, we worked side by side with creators and agencies to help shape big ideas, ensure they stayed true to the brand’s voice and values, and guide them all the way through execution. Our involvement extended across every stage of the process—from concepting to creative alignment to launch—helping deliver work that was bold, relevant, and connected to the Walmart communities .
In addition to external initiatives, our team also developed and executed seasonal internal campaigns that kept the Walmart culture energized, informed, and inspired. Whether celebrating key holidays, marking special moments for associates, these internal efforts reinforced brand consistency while building excitement and pride from within.
My role as a leader and part of our team, we manage this balance of external collaboration and internal creativity ensured that Walmart’s brand story message was not only shared with the world but also lived inside the company every day.
